AA Home is a service brand within the New Zealand Automobile Association that connects homeowners and landlords with trusted tradespeople for emergency and scheduled jobs, including plumbing, electrical, and locksmithing.

authentic digital has been running targeted Google Ads campaigns for AA Home since August 2021 and in our first three months of partnership, has achieved a “huge improvement” in AA Home’s advertising campaign success.

Project Summary

AA Home came to authentic digital in partnership with a high-end boutique advertising agency we work with in August 2021 for help with the paid digital advertising component of their next campaign. With the launch of the AA Home Plus subscription service, we were tasked with looking after paid search results and Google Display advertising to drive campaign results.

Main Objective/ Challenge

Our work with AA Home focused on two key objectives:

  1. Increase reach and awareness of the new AA Home Plus subscription service.
  2. Capture and convert search as generated by the broader marketing program.

Strategic/ Solution

authentic digital continues to support AA Home with the ongoing promotion of AA Home Plus through a combination of the Google Display Network and Google Ads.

Using display ads, we are working to increase awareness of the AA Home Plus service. Meanwhile, we are leveraging search ads to capture and convert users who have been pointed to AA Home Plus by broader marketing efforts (TVCs, radio ads).

In addition, authentic digital has consulted on the user experience and conversion rate optimisation for the campaign landing page and subscription process. We have supported this consultation with measurement and tracking through Google Analytics.
